Product Introduction
The synthetic sleeper of our company are produced by the integrated molding process,with the foamed polyurethane resin reinforced by continuous glass fiber. It has the advantages of light weight,high strength,good weather resistance,easy processing,convenient installation and so on.Its service life can be up to 50 years.It is the best substitute for wood sleepers and concrete sleepers,and can be widely used in urban rail transits,ordinary railways,heavy haul railways,high-speed railway main lines,depots,turnout areas,bridges and other sections.

1.Synthetic Sleepers with different specifications in the range of 600-1200 kg / m3;
2.Ultimate pull-out force of railway thread spikes ≥ 60 kN;
